Which are Visualization Exercises

Visualization exercises is the creative process that can help us to give power to our subconscious minds. This exercises are a great way of communicating messges to our subconsciousmind. If we empower our subsconscious mind we attract what we want and create in our life what we desire the most.

The visualization exercises are a way to put images in our mind and making them so real that they become true. This can take you from 5 to 10 minutes but if you doint consistently the results in your life will be long term. Now, lets talk about some visualization exercises that you can do to start applying and manifest your dreams and desires.

Find a comfortable place where you can be alone and make your visualization exercises without the disturbance of anyone. Tell your friends and family to give you some time.

Once you are in a good place alone, sit comfortably and take a few deep breaths until you are relaxed and concentrated. What this will do is get you in the mood to easily start visualizing and meditating as you were in those places.

Now, its time to close your eyes and picture in your mind the images of the people, places and abilites that you want to have or want to be doing. Feel it as if you were in there, touch the most simple things, feel the emotions that get in to your mind and let your body feel it. One important point is to try to involve most of you senses in the visualization exercise, if you can touch, smell, taste, see and hear what you are visualizing you will have a very vivid experience.

Dont stop or be timid on visualizing what you want, you can dream, wish and desire whatever you want to be, this is the moment that you can use to feel being part of whatever you want to be part, nobody can stop you. If you cant visualize what you truly want, there is no way for you to get it.

Once you know how to do the exercises, you need to set aside sometime every day to practice the exercise so you can become more familiar with your own desires and make your dreams so real that you body and mind will do whatever it takes to get there, its like if you subconscious was guiding you.
