Visualization and pain relief |
Visualization play a major role in our life, in everything we do either conscious or subconscious we visualize with our most powerful ideas. Is hard to imagine a person how cant do visualization every successful person does it.
Visualization is the way that we imagine thinks that we want to accomplish and then we make them reality. We we have dreams, desires or goals we can close our eyes and think of how we are achieving everyone of our goals and how we feel about it. Doing this exercise is what we call visualization and most people that have success at one point visualized how they accomplished their goals.
Is like being in the place that you are imaging and making reality what is not yet. What this will do is give you the power of feeling how it is to have the success you desire and thus give you the confidence and motivation to do what you have to do to achieve it in the shortest amount of time possible.
It has been proven many times that people that cant see and visualize what they want to achieve they dont achieve it. The reason could be that sometime people dont believe in what they can do or dont have a strong desire or love in what they do. Its also a great way to erase negative factors and doubts that you may have about whatever you are doing and having problems.
There are many different medicines nowadays, but there are many contradictions on what work and what doesent work. For example anti biotic medicines, homeopathic medicines and yurveda medicines. When we have a disease we immediately want the cure and we look for our doctor. However most people have no idea of the power of visualization to relief pain. It may seem wired but its actually possible to relief pain with visualization.
One of the most popular practices of visualization is the use of Yoga, this discipline teaches you how to relax, meditate, visualize and relief pain by connecting your spirit with your body in harmony. If you really want to learn visualization you can buy one of the many books, take yoga classes or just relax for a few minutes every day and think of all that you want to accomplish and let your body be in harmony with you.
