Creative visualization, is the technique of seeing what we want in our lives. All our life we have used visualization to accomplish or create many events in our lives in a unconscious way. However, we have created a negative effect, because we are not using it in our benefit, we are visualizing our problems, frustrations, failures, limitations but not our desired goals not what really drive us.
This visualization technique can not be used to harm anyone with out their control. The only person that can visualize is you, nobody have the power to take that from you. However i must say that every day in our life we are seeing negative images of death, destruction, failure, frustration, tragedies and that get in our mind unconscious and creates negative effects in our lives.
But using creative visualization you can turn around your thoughts and get positive images in your mind that will trigger your desired and spirit of success in ways that you have never experienced.
Some experts say that in creating visualization is also important to align your self with the natural principles that govern the universe. For example we should know how we connect physical and mental energies in the universe, its said that everything in the universe is connected and you create either positive or negative energy and that will create your life, you are what you think most of the time.
There are some steps that you can take to have a creative visualization such as:
setting your goals
creating a idea of your goals
focus on your visualization
and give positive energy
You have to do visualization on a consistent basis until you have achieved your goals, if however you goals change, then change your visualization images.
Another important point that you can do to help your visualization is to do affirmations. Affirmations helps the mind concentrate in the desired goal.
Practice affirmation on a daily basis, when you have negative thoughts do affirmation and then visualize your goals and how you are going to achieve them.
Now you have all you need to start creating visualizations of your self achieving the best you want to be. There is nothing stopping you go for it.
